Here are some things to remember about your Buyer Inspection:

  • Please read and sign the Home Inspection Agreement before the start of the inspection.
            I'll fax or email the agreement to you in advance for your review and signature.

  • Payment in full is required before I issue the inspection report. Pay with cash, check, VISA,
            or MasterCard.

  • The water, gas, heat, and electricity should all be on for the inspection.

  • The attic should be made accessible. The seller should remove personal items to make room
    for a stepladder under the attic hatch (or hatches, if more than one exists).

  • All areas of the home should be accessible to the inspector including the basement, main
    electrical panel, heating system, water heater, attic, garage, and garage attic (if one exists).

  • All pets should be contained or out of the house.
